I have been a member of Palm Beach Sports Club for several years, and one of the things I have always appreciated is how welcoming it feels. Every staff member I encounter is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. There is an ease and warmth to the atmosphere that makes coming to the gym an enjoyable experience. The club offers a good variety of equipment and has continued to add more. I also want to recognize the former manager, Kayla, whose greatest legacy for me is the exceptionally knowledgeable and highly qualified team of trainers she worked so hard to bring to the club. My trainer, Ryan, is outstanding. He has a master’s degree in exercise physiology and is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful in the way he approaches training. I have arthritis and cannot always perform exercises in the conventional way without pain. Ryan understands how the body works and knows how to modify or substitute an exercise so that I can strengthen the appropriate muscles safely and effectively, without aggravating my joints. For example, when knee pain prevented me from doing a particular exercise, Ryan recognized which supporting muscles needed to be strengthened. He worked with me

Palm Beach Sports Club is hands down the best gym in Palm Beach County! Always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. A huge shoutout to Hope and Addy, incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service really set this gym apart. If you’re looking for a place with great equipment, an awesome environment, and staff who genuinely care, I highly recommend Palm Beach Sports Club!

I have been a member of Palm Beach Sports Club for 6 years. It has been an exceptional gym with great instructors. I’m having to cancel my membership because of a move. I expressed how much I like the gym and was sad to be leaving . Shout out to Kayla and Hope For convincing me to do this review. Two beautiful members of their staff. I would recommend this gym to anybody from beginner to lifelong enthusiast.

I’ve had a great experience at Palm Beach Sports Club. The gym is always extremely clean and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to work out. The equipment is modern, in excellent condition, and there’s a great variety for both strength training and cardio. The staff is also one of the best parts of the gym — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a positive environment for members. Overall, it’s a great gym with a professional atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

My experience at this gym has been great. The staff are always welcoming, the facility is clean, and the equipment is well maintained. The class offerings are some of the best I’ve seen, and the trainers are not only knowledgeable but also really approachable. They’re always willing to answer questions or help if you’re unsure about a movement or machine. I also appreciate that they work hard to keep things tidy and organized, even during busy hours. One of the things I love most is that my husband and I can use the cold plunge and sauna together. That’s surprisingly rare to find, and it’s become a favorite part of our routine. Overall, it’s been a consistently positive experience for us.
